My biggest accomplishment was the change in my diet! Having less simple carbohydrates, but also being okay with having them from time-to-time since pastries & fresh bread do bring me joy! It’s all about balance.

When Dionne first joined the program, she had been putting her own needs on the back burner. As a dedicated ER nurse and loving mother she was used to putting others first.


Throughout the program Dionne discovered that self-care isn’t selfish, it’s essential. She discovered that carving out small daily movement for herself was not only possible but necessary.


Her favourite part of the program was the workouts. Once she realized she could actually prioritize exercise in her busy schedule, it was game over! She found joy in dedicating time every day to move her body. The workouts were not only easy to follow but also allowed her to push her limits and see her own progress.


Fast forward to today, Dionne continues to prioritize herself, ensuring that she shows up as the best version of herself every single day. Not only for her, but for her children and patients too.

When Alex came into the program, she was looking to become the best role model she could be for her new son Myles. She wanted to feel strong and energized, so she could keep up with him!


“I have loved this program! I honestly never would have thought I'd see this much of a difference in this short of a time period or find something that felt so sustainable. You’ll have an amazing cheerleader who will never make you feel 'less than' if you've had an off day with food choices. I was never confident in my body pre-pregnancy, so being able to slowly build confidence now has been very freeing!


As a side note: my husband was very hesitant about me joining, and by the end of the first month he would have just handed over his wallet! He loves getting to enjoy the meals too and see how much it benefits me. He now jokes 'what would Steph Watson do'. So although the program is for women, it’s husband approved too!”
